My Story

Starting Over in a New Country? I Get It.

I know exactly how challenging it is to start fresh in a new country, especially when everything around you feels different: the culture, the language, the pace of life. I grew up in Australia, but at 18, I decided to move back to Israel on my own. I left behind everything I knew, my family, my friends, my life as I׳d known it. Like many of you, my first few years here were all about adaptation and survival. I was focused on figuring out where I fit in, settling into a new place, and trying to understand who I was in this unfamiliar world. Even though I was getting by, I often felt disconnected, unsure of my place here, and like I was just going through the motions.

But after a while, I realized something really important: it’s not enough to just survive. We need to thrive.

Finding My True Path

In the beginning, I worked in a variety of jobs, but none of them truly inspired me. I was stuck in that space where everything was “okay”, but I knew there had to be more. It was a period of deep self-reflection and growth, as I grappled with my identity and purpose. I had to reconcile being both Israeli and Australian, and to create a life in a country I had left behind when I was young. I faced many moments of uncertainty, but gradually I realized that the most important thing wasn’t just adapting to Israel, it was finding my true self here.

Turning Struggles Into Strength

Over time, I stopped seeing my dual identity as a burden and started seeing it as my strength. I realized I could use my unique perspective to help others like me- Olim who feel caught between two cultures, dealing with isolation, or struggling to feel like they truly belong anywhere. That’s why I became a life coach. I wanted to help English-speaking Olim in Israel, people who are navigating the challenges of starting over, and help them find their sense of fulfillment in this new chapter of their lives. I know what it’s like to feel out of place, but I also know what it takes to turn those feelings into something empowering.

I’ve helped many Olim in Israel find fulfillment, build meaningful careers, and navigate cultural challenges. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to guide you—no matter where you are in your journey.
